About the firm

A CPA in Istanbul, built around foreign founders.

If you have ever tried to set up a Turkish company from abroad, you already know the friction - apostilles, sworn translations, hours of WhatsApp with someone who half-understands your question. We built Osman Hadi CPA to remove that friction.

We are a TÜRMOB-licensed Certified Public Accountancy firm based in Maltepe, Istanbul, serving founders and multinationals from twenty-plus countries. Our accountants work in English by default; Turkish is the second language we reach for, not the first.

What that means in practice: your shareholder resolution gets drafted in English with a sworn translation attached. Your monthly close pack arrives in the format your HQ already uses. Your tax inspector questions come back to you with the answer, not the panic.

The work we take on is the work we know - incorporation, bookkeeping, payroll, group reporting, transfer pricing, and the financial advisory that sits around all of it. Anything else, we will tell you so and refer you to someone who does it better.

What we do

Accounting services for foreign-owned companies in Turkey.

Six things, done end-to-end. We do not dabble in everything - we go deep on the work that foreign investors actually need from a Turkish CPA.

  • Company Formation in Turkey

Open a Turkish company without flying in for every signature.

We handle joint stock companies, limited liability companies, branches and representative offices. From the first apostille question to the day your tax number drops, you have one English-speaking contact tracking the paperwork.

    Included

Document checklists, sworn translation, notary booking, trade registry filing, tax office and SGK registration.

  • Bookkeeping & Tax Compliance

Clean books that survive a Turkish tax audit.

Every entry posted with the deduction logic and supporting document the Ministry of Finance expects. You see your numbers any time through our cloud portal - no waiting until month-end for a PDF.

    Included

e-Ledger, e-Invoice, monthly VAT and stamp duty, quarterly corporate tax provisions, annual filings.

  • Payroll Services

Salaries paid on time, taxes filed correctly, incentives claimed.

Withholding tax, stamp duty, SGK premiums and severance funds all add up fast. We calculate the net, file the declarations, and flag every incentive your headcount actually qualifies for.

    Included

Net-to-gross modelling, expat payroll, severance tracking, R&D and tech-zone incentive claims.

  • Financial Advisory

The numbers behind the next decision, not the last one.

Annual budgeting, three-statement forecasts, cash management, IRR on a new line of business, due diligence on an acquisition target. We sit on your side of the table and explain what the Turkish numbers mean in a global context.

    Included

Budgets, rolling forecasts, valuations, IRR, profitability analysis, buy-side due diligence.

  • Group Management Reporting

Turkish results that drop straight into your HQ's consolidation pack.

Turkish GAAP rarely matches IFRS or US GAAP. We bridge the two - reclassifying, mapping to your chart of accounts, and shipping the file in whichever format your finance team uses upstream.

    Included

SAP and Oracle posting support, IFRS/US GAAP bridges, multilingual reporting, monthly close packs.

  • Transfer Pricing Reports

Defensible documentation before the tax inspector asks.

Turkey's transfer pricing rules have teeth. Intercompany transactions, thin capitalisation, comparability analyses - we prepare reports that hold up at the desk audit and walk you through the questions before they are asked.

    Included

Local file, master file alignment, benchmarking studies, audit defence support.

Not sure which service fits your situation? Tell us where you are in the process - pre-incorporation, mid-audit, mid-acquisition - and we will tell you which of the above (if any) you actually need. Start the conversation →

Why work with us

Four promises, in writing, before any work begins.

Most foreign founders we meet have one bad story about a previous Turkish accountant. The pattern repeats - language, transparency, follow-up. Here is how we are different.

  • We answer in English.

Every email, every call, every report. No translation chains, no telephone game with the local team. You ask a question in the morning; you get an answer the same business day.

  • Turkish rules, written in plain language.

TÜRMOB-licensed and İSMMMO-registered, but more importantly - we explain why a filing matters before we ask you to sign it. No surprise penalties, no clauses lost in translation.

  • One point of contact, end to end.

Incorporation, accounting, payroll, transfer pricing - handled under one roof. You build a relationship with the people who know your file, not a rotating ticket queue.

  • Fees in writing before any work starts.

Fixed monthly retainers for recurring work, scoped quotes for projects. You will not find a surprise line item on a Turkish invoice three months later. Ask any client.

No form, no chatbot, no funnel. Reach out the way you prefer, and you will get an answer from a person who knows Turkish accounting - not a sales rep.
